What we do not collect

The Scheme Finder, the eligibility checkers, the documents checklist and the saved list run in your browser. What you enter in the finder or a checker is used only to show the result on your screen. Your saved list and the ticks on a documents checklist are kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device; they are not sent to us, and you can clear them from your browser at any time.
Messages and comments
If you write to us by email, we use your address and message only to reply and, for a correction, to check and fix the page. Where comments are open, the name and email given with a comment are used to show and moderate it; the email address is never published.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify you.
Ads and analytics
This website shows ads from Google AdSense. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites.
